Tomato sauce, adding ingredients…yummers!

Now it’s a tomato bechamel sauce…extra yummers!

Pasta rolled into sheets, spread with delicious filling, rolled up like jelly rolls, and wrapped in cheese cloth. 

Lookit those beauties.

 Boiled, sliced, drizzled with sauce, and sprinkled with cheese…all ready for the oven!

It’s an intensive recipe, I’ve been cooking since one in the afternoon. But! The end is near! And soon…mega yum.
